Best stick with no lock in networks, if you are not happy with the choice than you just need to wait 30 days to become free. Curse seems a good choice with their 90% revenue share. I have never personally worked with them but some times flashing people with big revenue shares can be misleading. All networks get paid from the same source but there are several factors that can impact on the eCPM on each individual network. You can turn out to be better with a 60% rev share network than with a 90% rev share network. You need to to see the overall package and not just focus on the rev share %.
