Sony vegas pro is the best hands down...but it costs a lot

I use camtasia to edit...pretty basic but has alot more to do the Windows movie maker....

Adobe premiere pro cs6 is the best. I have used vegas, wmm, power director. I would highly suggest using premiere pro!

Sony vegas works great until you start having rendering problems and then it is the most frustrating software in the world.

So easy to use though and the videos come out looking perfect. Sadly that is completely worth the rendering agony.

I use ScreenFlow , for more than Screen recording ! lol i use it as my daily video editor. It's a $100 , but well worth it !

I'm using vegas pro 12 as well and it's pretty easy to use and does most of the basic stuff. I've been working with After Effects a lot for special effect clips so I might go back to Premier just for work flow.
