Best Windows Editing software

I am looking for the best editing software for a Windows laptop.
If you have any suggestions plz reply telling me a good one!

What do you mean? Screen recorder? Bandicam can record games and screen. It costs $40 which is a fair price and you get updates every now and then.

No i dont need a screen recorder because i use fraps. i am looking for a video editing software

Oh sorry. For Beginners, I suggest getting Vegas Pro 12. It costs $150-$300. Adobe Premiere which is more advanced and complicated for me.

If you're into special fx and such, get Adobe After Effects.

Vegas Pro 12 and Camtasia Studio!

Vegas is great for advanced editing but camtasia studio is good for simple editing!

I have seen many vids on Vegas Pro and it looks good. what is camstasia studio? I've never heard of it
