Best way to handle Twitch Stream highlights?

I ask this mainly due to 2 reasons:

• They are defaulted to 480p
• They have no thumbnails

Since they are only highlights, should I take action to these 2 things?

yeah but i never thought on improving them, as they're just highlights

Yeah, makes sense I guess. I'd have to throw thumbnails on um though as I'm OCD like that
