I noticed some growth last year, but now it has stagnated, I stayed active on other peoples channels, being nice!

Biggest thing is to get in the circles of people that do the same thing you do and cross promote A LOT

For a more detailed guide on growing I'd suggest going to the Tips, Tutorials, and Guides Folder on the forums. As well many moderators link the Marketing & SEO folder as well as the Channel Review folder.

But my advice is to Distinguish your main color scheme in your profile picture as well as your banner. I see you have purple here so stick to that color or change the background. As well you've set a "Business" logo in that lion you could say as it is the main icon of your channel. Try doing a few giveaways at small milestones and have the participants subscribe to you for, let's say, a free logo and banner for their channel. This isn't the easiest way to grow and the most cost-efficient but it will show your commitment as well as your love and interaction with your subscribers.

As stated in my first two sentences go to those folders, they should be easy to find on the home page but I sadly can't link you to them as it blocks actions such as linking websites on this forum ( Which is actually a good thing ).

This question is way too general and vague. As you can imagine, this question gets asked a lot. It's why we're all here. Everyone wants to grow their channels so that means there are already hundreds of threads discussing this and we don't really need another general one. :)

I suggest you start reading some of the many other threads about strategy / growing a channel before starting any new ones and then you'll be in a better situation to ask some specific questions. :)

Here are some sections to check out:

http://yttalk.com/forums/youtube-tips-tutorials-help-guides.91/
http://yttalk.com/forums/youtube-video-marketing-strategy-seo.88/

If you're looking for specific advice for your channel based on your existing channel or videos, then please ask for a review in the review forum. (http://yttalk.com/forums/reviews-channel-feedback.64/ ) Please note that the review forum is the only forum where members can ask for feedback on their videos and channel (including artwork). We like to keep this sort of thread out of the main forums. :) If your thread complies with the review forum rules (at the top of the review forum), then it will be approved by a member of staff.

Good luck.
