Best Video Editing Software

I know that there is another thread about video editing software, but I am wondering what is the BEST software in your opinion and tell me why.

Hands down after effects CC, it blows my mind.

The best one is the one that gets the job done and does it to your expectations. For me that is Sony Vegas Pro, I can do everything I need to in it more or less.

There are a lot. depends on your budget. depends on what you are comfortable using. I own an Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro 7 Adobe Premiere. I have used many others including Vegas and Edius even Imovie. all can do the job.

Money really isn't an issue, I just want to know what you enjoyed using the best and why I'm really just interested in all of your opinions!

I use cyberlink power director because it runs well on a low spec pc. but I will be moving on now since I am getting a custom pc

Sony Vegas hands down! It can be a bit confusing at first when you open up the software for the first time but the end results are great! ton of rendering options for you to choose from, as well as loads of options etc. to edit your videos!

I really like final cut pro...but I am a novice....and its got a lot going on at times so it can be difficult to navigate.

its easy to use it for pretty much anything, so i use it for everything.
