Best Time/Day to upload for maximum exposure?

Look where you have the most views and try and sync it with that prime time.

Edit: For example. Most of my views are from the US so I usually wait to 9-10 pm CET to upload my videos.
 
Depends on the audience. One Facebook I release it closer to noon or near midnight. On YouTube my audience seems to be online in the evening.
 
I nearly always try to upload about 4 or 6 PM GMT, that way its just after the brits finish school/work, and i should be there for Yanks when they get back from School/work... same with the ozzies
 
I usually shoot for about 3pm or so. That's when a lot of people seem to be getting off work. That's just what works for me though.
 
6pm PST for me, but its different for everybody you should make a Google Analytic Account to sync it with your channel then you can see what time your videos are being viewed.
 
Did some research and as it turns out, first thing in the morning is the best time to upload a video for smaller channels and for channels with millions of subs, it really don't matter when. Theory is, the evening hours in the U.S. is when 90% of uploading occurs so when we upload videos in the evening they instantly get buried with thousands and thousands of other newly uploaded vids. By uploading a video in the morning or early afternoon we are not competing with thousands & thousands & thousands of other uploads, just thousands...lol
