Best Subreddit for Gaming Channels?

I know /r/letsplay is one of them but are there any other subreddit wherein you can promote or something like that?

This. You're just going to get anger and post deletion posting in r/letsplay.
There is r/letsplays (with an s) and r/letsplayvideos but you're more than likely going to get ignored in either as no one actually seems to go to watch (just to post). You could try posting in the individual games subreddits (but check the rules on each!) or r/indiegaming if appropriate.
