Best software for cutting-splitting videos?

Really simple software is MP4 splitter /joiner for example. Also Online Video Cutter is very simple to cut away a piece of your video. Just upload, cut and download it again.

Premier Is Good But if your just Cuting and spiting Footage You don't need it, the thing with Premier is that it cost $$$ ever month. when i started Editing Video I just used Lightworks its Free and you can also add some effects to your Videos And its Fairly easy to use, one soft were i want to try using is Sony Vegas From what i understand Its Free and a lot of people use it,But i would suggest u just use a free software until you are ready to pay for you video editing software and then i would suggest premier
 
I usually take these two software to edit my videos:
1. The first one--VideoPad Video Editor:
2. The second one is a video converter with great editing function. I can edit a video file when I convert it to other format-- HD video converter
Both two editors are easy to use.
