If any of you record consoles using the elgato game capture HD, a lot of people don't know this but it records pc also with no fram lag whatsoever. There are a bunch of video tutorials out there but I recently tried it and it works really well. Obviously a lot of people just record pc so another suggestion is Xsplit.
