The best microphone with the most reasonable price is the blue snowball microphone that u can get! I strongly recommend it to every who is just starting youtube no matter what type of videos they are making but the blue snowball is good for everything! Best mic you can get!

It isn't "the" best, it is pretty decent for what it is, but for that price and similar quality, a lot of Audio Technica mics will also work.

Quality > Looks , that being said it's still a good mic, but as @Styxie said you can find much better mics from AT for the same price.

I don't really think anyone cares if your mic doesn't look like a Snowball you can hammer off someone's head.
