Blue Snowball for a mic its majestic and its 60$ and for a webcam I would recommend the HP HD 4310 or the Logitech HD Pro C920, the first one is 45$ and the logitech is 60$

Most people use to logitech one so that may be better but I don't know google then and you can see the differences.
