I wouldn't say the best, but a personal fav is Cryoatic, Cry for Short, his commentary is one of the best Imo.

Mine ! lol jks. My top one, I would have to go with SSoHPKC since I really started following lp's when I saw his videos. Uberhaxornova is fun to watch. Adum Plaze, one of the funniest guys who I started watching after seeing his movie reviews. The brocraft people (iamtheattack,davidbrowntv2,xrpmx13,riczev). Oh and letsplay (achievement hunter people).
