Best HD SD Card?

I use a Sandisk Ultra 32GB in my DSLR - always worked fine.
Sandisk Extreme are also very good, but more expensive.
Have heard good things about Lexar and PNY cards also.

Make sure its Class 10.

+1

Get a 64 GB and you won't feel nervous about running out of space when doing multiple takes, or long videos.

16 GB is barely enough for 1080p.
I Have 5 of the 32 GB ultra cards. Last years black friday bestbuy had them for like 17 bucks for a 32 GB card. Plus had some rewards points. I pretty much stole them lol

I recommend a Sandisk Extreme 16GB+ this will pretty much ensure your cameras buffer never fills up so you can basically shoot until you run out of room :) I know the Canon 7D's at 1080p only record 10-15 minutes on a Class 10 before the buffer can't keep up.. so I would suggest a Sandisk Extreme just so you can be sure you're always recording what you need.

I just ordered one of these for my Canon IXUS 220HS (ELPH 300):
