Best blog website for a youtuber blog?

I know a lot of the big youtubers have an actual website for a blog, but I cannot afford to do that, and I would like to make a blog that runs alongside my youtube account, so that my subscribers are able to see what I am up too when not doing videos, as well as obviously using it to talk about my channel.
What is the best site to do this? I was thinking of using wordpress as I have already been using that before, but is there any other suggestions?

Try tumblr. It's simple, popular, has hashtag system which is nice, and you can always add your own domain later on to be used as your blog's domain if you ever decide to buy one.

My favourite is still wordpress, it has more features and options than most, its just become open source and they're pushing it hard so I would bet even more features will be coming soon.
