Best 4K Camera under $1000 for YouTube

I think the Sony A6300 is pretty good for that price point. For anyone who's saying that 4k is not really good. I agree, especially on YouTube which compresses your video anyway. But I use 4k recordings on my videos, GH4, and I can honestly say that the extra resolution helped me get out of some sticky situations. Like I could do post panning if I want or if I want to zoom in I'll have extra pixels to work with.
I usually edit in 4k and then downsize it to 1080p and upload.

I managed to grab a samsung note 7 and got a free 256gb card to go with when upgrading my phone plan. As far as I know Boggie uses his samsung for a camera as well.
