I've Got It
I've been through this but I never celebrated it. Not really a huge fan of anything closely related to fanboyism.
But congrads nevertheless.

nice to hear that you're having a blast..
and that you are getting faster than you ever imagine..
Ok, here's something for the community to take away from. Something colossal, something that not a single sub for subber or new youtuber has experienced YET. You know if you've had this feeling before, and without youtube I may never have had this experience.
There has been something I've experienced one night after uploading and editing my videos for hours... exhausted, I was about to go to sleep for work the next day... right before I was going to turn off my computer, one of my old acquaintances messaged me on steam. He was in one of my videos, i think it was one of my first dozen videos EVER. great guy, loved him and the company we had in Garry's Mod, PC social game. Its been months since I've spoken to him, but he said this:
Driad: hey
Me: Hey whats up Driad!
Driad: omg i cant believe im actually msging you now
Me: what do you mean? we played gmod together before!
Driad: i know
but now
your f*****g awesome dude
Me: are you talking about the channel?
Driad: yeah man!
Me: its different though you already know me
Draid: its different now! idk... i cant believe im talking with you... omg.
After this, and given that earlier this day I had a comment from another youtube account saying that he loved my videos and much love from the UK (i live in USA), i was blown away...
seriously. Im so used to the idea that I am just a nobody trying to make entertaining videos but somewhere in the back of my mind the thought remained that in the end I'll still be normal old me.
This made me feel extremely out of my comfort zone... that someone legitimately idolized me from another state in USA. That another person in the UK identified himself as "my fan." maybe im a big b***h, but man... when these 2 things hit me in one day... that I am looked as a celebrity to people I don't know... i shook, i suddenly went from tired to wide awake and jumpy.
I tried to lay down in my bed, and I couldnt sleep... I was wide awake for roughly 4 hours, my hands shaking and me being wide awake in bed trying to go to sleep.
This happened when I had 40 subscribers. I currently have 171. The bottom line is that it wont matter now. The feeling of knowing that somewhere in the world possibly on the other side of the world theres a mom, dad, kid, guy, girl, nana, a baby that LOVES watching my videos, LOVES hearing my voice, that APPROVES of who i am and what i do! its the most powerful, encouraging feeling that ive ever felt, and its scary as f**k i cant even begin to describe...
People who cheat subs, ill say this, they will NEVER understand this feeling. My feeling is nothing compared to Markiplier when he saw thousands of people sending pictures of themselves supporting him, but that feeling is mine, and it reminds me that I've now stapled myself to create ENTERTAINMENT for people i dont know and I f*****g love it. I love it so much.
In the beginning I never really cared to be a youtuber, i was talked into it by my friends... I'm extremely thankful that they talked me into it, and I'm also thankful that I've made it this far meeting everyone i've met already.
THIS IS WHAT DRIVES ME FORWARD.
Sorry for the walls of text, just wanted to get it off my chest.
''Zoom in.... WHAT ARE THOSE?''Don't let it go to your head... oh wait... too late...
Seriously though, you do youtube because you are having fun with it. But comments like that will make your day, and make you feel awesome.
