Dunno why, I never fullscreen anything...It would be pretty neat if they had the middle size like youtube, Twitch really needs to step their game up :p
But yea, the small screen looks ok for me :)

Well YouTube may have the middle sized screen for livestreams but their chat feature is terrible, It takes about 5 minutes for comments to show after posting...

Small screen is usually fine, I only fullscreen for League of Legends

That ain't good...If you have 1m ish people watching it might be more manageable, but the best thing about streams is the live audience interaction :/ taking that away makes it meh.
