Been stuck on sub count for a while and I need some help

Hey guys,
I've been struggling to increase my total sub count and my view count even though I post regularly every week. So I decided to come here and see advice. I want some advice on my artwork (profile picture, banner, etc) as well as my latest video to see what I need to improve on

It's a good video and and your channel is good I would say just put a bit more color in your banner and just keep doing videos of high quality like you currently and it will increase in time.
 
Idk once you hit all your friends and family getting more subs/views starts to get slow. That's pretty much where I am at the moment lol. Promotion is the key. Unfortunately even 100 subs isn't enough to have a strong consistent audience since a majority of the subs are 'only' supporting you and not exactly watching your content as soon as possible (for gaming channels).

As for your profile picture and banner they're fine I don't know how you could exactly improve it. I'm not much of an art guy so I asked my girlfriend to make me an avatar and channel art like 3 months ago... let's just say she doesn't do anything unless she gets inspiration.
