Request Banner and Icon help

Hey everyone. I was wondering if there's anyone out there willing to give me a hand with my youtube banner and icon? My photoshop skills are quite limited but I did the best I could. My channel's called TheManCave and it's a gaming/nerdy/geeky channel. Can anyone take my work that I started and run with it? I can pay in yttalk cash,sub,tweet...Whatever it may be. I can really use some help.

P.S. If you notice my icon... it kinda throws of the feel for the banner.
