Background without green screen on Mac?

Hi everyone,

is it possible to use the webcam on my MacBook Air to shoot a very simple YT video but have a background like you get on Zoom? There's no nice views in my apartment lol!

Maybe you could just put a curtain or sheet behind you? :)
 
Yeah I guess so. I did see something about adding backgrounds in iMovie and possibly QT Pro but I'm not sure they are talking about the same thing that I am...
