Audio setting question, Adobe Premiere Pro

Hey All,

I have a quick question about audio settings in Adobe Premiere Pro. Some folks are commenting on my videos stating the audio is fluctuating, or to high, or to low. I was able to fix the fluctuating part, but I'm wondering what audio decibels you all are using to project the best quality sound?

Thanks for the reply. Sorry about that, the videos are pretty much vlogs, along with some action stuff edited to music.
