Audio Production Software?

I'm getting tired of looking for background music, so I'm interested in making my own.

I want to it be versatile, and I want it to give me room to grow. I've been looking around online but I can't decide. One site would recommend FL studios, another would recommend Cubase, then another would suggest another software.

Does anyone have any recommendations for audio production software?

I personally work with FL Studio because it's more visual for me and I know how to work it. I've been making music for over three years, I've tried all kinds of DAWs, but FL has always stuck with me.

hey man have you tried soundcloud, it is a sound-base SN, check it there, there is a plenty of what you need.
another thing, if you are using YouTube, you can add free music to your videos using "create' window in the video manager.

Personally, I think you should go with FL Studios since it's a program that appears to be popping up a lot! If you're looking for a free resort, I think you should go with audacity!

FL studio is the most used, but if you're looking for copyright free background music sites like freemusicarchive are great.
