Mines at 40% so nothing spectacular but nothing terrible. 50% is good.

Wow thats great, I have 27% which I'm trying to raise by making a few changes.

only thing i get good retention on are my montages. rest dips to like 5%-20 after 5 seconds. average atm is 11% (which a lot of that is because i release long clips )

Someone mentions length of videos and that's important before bashing oneself. If you have long videos and you're at 30% that isn't necessarily bad. I'm at 67.8%, however keep in mind my videos are short and to the point, between 1-4 minutes each.
