So my Audience mostly comes from mobile apps, forums and various other websites and my youtube page. What i want is youtube search and google search audience retention right?

No, it doesn't really matter where it comes from. Your audience retention is basically how long each person (no matter how they found your video) stayed on your video.

oh i thought it was traffic.. but yea i dont think its accurate or i wouldnt be getting subscribers..

I think you are getting mixed up between traffic sources and audience retention. Traffic sources are there to just say where people came from, it is probably still accurate and it is actually better than if people came just from search because that means that your video is probably embedded on other websites so you are getting more eyes on your videos. Audience retention is displayed as a percentage and a certain time and it is basically an average amount of time people spend on your videos, if you look below the graph you will see the audience retention for each individual video.

You are probably getting subscribers because of all the exposure on other websites .

Audience Retention is how long people are watching your videos. It doesn't matter where the views are coming from, whether it's mobile, forums, embedded on other websites, etc. It's how long the video is being played.
