Audience Retention and Total Views (lifetime)

What country in your analytics has a high audience retention and a good amount of total views with it in the lifetime of your YouTube channel?

Mine is Denmark~ With like 60+% retention with a few hundred views. For me anything over a thousand views have around 40% retention. >.>

I would like to know what yours are~~ Share me the knowledge? ^^

For me it's United Kingdom with 60% and 71,369 views (not surprising for us considering the nature of our channel),
then there's USA in second place with 7,321 views and 57%
but then weirdly in 3rd there's the Philippines, but it has 142% retention rate? Not quite sure how that works

I'm going to go and be stereotypical by saying that people from Philippines likes anything to do with singing or music.XD

Lifetime - 1801, Hondarus own the biggest retention on 80%

Most views comes from the US with over 51k but the highest retention comes from Australia with 45%.
I just noticed something interesting about retention.....the videos where I do a tutorial one several different things have a lower retention than videos where I only demonstrate one thing...very interesting I'll keep that in mind for other videos.

For my 3:32 minute video, highest retention is Belgium which watched 2:35, next Ireland at 2:28.
What surprised me in analyzing that data was when they were dropping off. Puppet skit and my 19second monolog were well above average and the part of the video I thought was strongest, turned out to be the weakest and that was the musical portion, which was around 2 minutes.

I like looking at the data, teaches us about who watches them.

Does that mean the absolute audience retention curve for your video is really jaggedy? Most of mine are like a smooth reverse cumulative curve that most of the videos I couldn't pinpoint where a lot of them stopped watching.

What I can draw from this is perhaps more puppets and have something going on in the music portion besides the guitar and whatever background I use.

hmmmmm... the part in between 0:32 and 1:26, is that where people rewind for a bit? Is that why it went up from the drop before 0:32?

Lol this thread might as well be titled, learning how to read the audience retention curve~ X3
