Give it a few days is my only advice, it might take some time to catch up with your stats.

They have an automated thing that accepts or denys you depending if you meet requirements set I should meet them but get this each time

• Copyright Issues
• Strikes

Well if you don't have any strikes, then you still might need to wait a while for YouTube to catch up with your stats. If you still are having problems, then you can always email them.
