At what stage do you become a 'big' YouTuber?

He seems really good. His videos are all presented in a professional manner and he seems like a natural in front of the camera.

He is one of my favorite channels. Proof that a "disability" is no excuse when making a channel. He is one of the most photogenic people I have ever seen even though his speaking ability is minimal
 
Personally I don't think the number of subscribers alone is what defines a 'big' YouTuber but it is a large part of it. I think you could define a big YouTuber as someone who also has a large community as well, there are channels with hundreds of thousands of subs but no interaction with the subs, they don't talk to them in the comments or on other networks. These channels in my opinion is that these channels have a big presence but aren't a big channel.
