At 500 views a mixed bag so far.

I've Got It
So my channel is around 2 1/2 months old so far. Once YouTube updates my channel count I will have surpassed 500 channel views.

I have an issue though- no one is subscribing to my channel. The weird thing is that people are watching my videos. Overall I have a 56% retention rate- it's not the greatest but a lot of people have watched at least the main info in my videos. My stats also reveal that I've had people embed some of my videos and share them on Facebook. My views have also been steadily increasing overall (if slowly). I don't always have a subscribe link at the end of my video but I do tell people to subscribe if they found the video interesting.

Anyhow, like I said - a mixed bag so far - but there is at least some promise. I'm going to keep plowing ahead and trying to improve!

Umm right off the bat I have a few pointers.

1) Make a relevant channel banner. I went to your channel and have absolutely no idea what videos you make
2) Change the layout of your channel. Make it so that you have an unsubscribed trailer: a video that people who have not yet subscribed see when they visit your channel.
3) Branch out: Make a facebook page, instagram, twitter. <-- Get a following there and invite those people to your channel!
4) Also, optimize your videos by creating engaging titles, eye-catching thumbnails, and relevant tags
