The file must be either really large or your upload speed is bad. Nothing to do with YouTube's side of things, most likely. www.speedtest.net

My upload speed is 6mb. it's working fine now, I guess it just had to heat up a bit.

Sometimes HD videos take forever. My bro has an HD camera that we always have to convert the videos before we can edit them on Camtasia. But whenever we decide to just upload it straight from the original camera file without converting it, it would take FOREVER. Even if it was a 5 or so minute video.
