Applied for RPM but under 18

Helpp!!! I am having the same problem here. I didn't actually want to be partnered YET. But I just want to know if I could join a network just for fun :/ Then I did what iGamifyTV did... Well, I'm below 18.. And I click submit cause I wanted to see what would happen. Well, RPM accepted me, saying

"Hi there,

I’ve sent you an invitation to the RPM Network. You’ll find it sent to the email address associated with your YouTube account. Look for an email from (Email) click the link contained within. If you have successfully accepted the invitation you should see "RPMNetworks" in your YouTube account status (found in YouTube Dashboard > Channel Settings).

IMPORTANT—Once RPMNetworks is listed in your account status, send an email to (Email) with the subject line "Accepted - [INSERT YOUR CHANNEL NAME HERE]".

It’s extremely important that you notify us when this step is complete, so we can enable advertisements on your content!

I'm stuck here, should I send them a ticket telling them I lied? Or just start a new channel? Cause I'm not getting stuck for two year, not sure If something bad would happen. Or would ignoring the email, work?

Ignore it, you don't have to sign it. It is just an invitation that you can ignore. Don't start a new channel because your not partnered with them yet.
