Apparently there are people who hate vloggers

Well, I suppose you will never watch a single one of my videos as I have a hello tag line I use to start them off with.
Never mind I have a topic I discuss.
Also, my camera is not the best quality in the world, but at least I stopped using my webcam.
Also, I'm obviously a terrible person because I take advantage of monitization options.

Haters gonna hate, I guess.

You can do as you choose but I think the way your approaching it you appear rather depressed. I am not a fan of people who just turn on a camera and talk . I have watched your videos actually by the way not a lot because for me yes they are not what I would enjoy to watch for entertainment. I dont hate you though. However I do think the "haters gonna hate" is a cope out though. Your channel is a lot older then this new fad. I have no clue if you were vlogging before this new fad started. However in your heart of hearts do you feel what your doing is actually worthy of earning a wage from? that is what this boils down to. When people start using "haters gonna hate" for valid arguments I think they know in their heart of hearts what the truth of the matter is. I did it too I turned on a camera people told me how hard it was and made a "vlog" and put it on my channel it was probably the easiest video I ever made I just today monetized it for kicks and giggles its been there for a few weeks. Do I think its worth the clicks? absolutely not but I am a bit wierd sometimes lol. The reality is though that the video I made was total garbage. Yeah it was funny but I did it in 20 minutes on an afternoon when I was borred. Its not worth earning a wage over though lol yet there it sits earning hits and money well not really the ads will come off in another few hours my channel has that bug where videos sit and await monetization so i turned that one on to see if it would go through and it did.

I pay youtube exactly 0.00 and it really didnt cost me anything to make maybe the upload bandwidth and electricity to run my pc hehe. Its the most low quality video I have created since I started learning to make videos. I guess I dont know I think its wrong to milk companies for money just because I can. /shrug
 
Well, I'm not going to stop doing things the way I do them simply because some guy on the internet doesn't like it.
Sure I'll build on my foundation, but truth is, I will still vlog.
If you don't like vloggers, then bliptv would probably be a better fit for you than youtube.

I like youtube and i use bliptv I dont like what a lot of vloggers do. You can vlog all you like i am not going to stop you however you did make a post on a forum about it and I have stated my thoughts on it. I could make a vlog about it all but I prefer to type instead. Maybe I should ask micheal to let me make money of my long posts hehe :) I have vloggers whose channel I am subbed to by the way who I enjoy a lot. One is vanessa and the other is ray they are both considered vloggers so I dont actually hate vloggers but I said that in the first post.

1) jump cuts.. I see one in the first 20 seconds I am gone
2) borrrrrrinnng . I see a guy staring at a camera saying "hi vlog" i am gone
3) insanely bad camera quality to the point I am looking at a blurred mess I am gone why do i say that? because you can get a webcam for under 50 dollars now that shoots in hd. I know this because I own one.

here is what is happening on youtube these days. A guy sees another guy just standing there doing very little talking to a camera its drab, borring and he sees the guy making money and he says "hey I can do that to" and so he turns on his webcam of doom and just starts blabbing and then uploads a video of which I am looking at something I dont even know what it is because its so blurry and says "i am applying to become a partner to i can get rich too sub4sub please kthanx bai" and he goes on his merry way. I have nothing against vloggers I have something against what they are doing to youtube. Maybe that is harsh but the reality is that its giving youtube a reputation of being a trash bin for loosers. I kind of enjoy youtube they let me have lots of space I can rewrite public domain movies to my hearts content and create my crash bang soundtracks of doom and place my little cgi avatar "new pixel person" to give some historical data and pretend like I am on the history channel. They let me do it for free! However I also dont try to take advantage of the monetization system unless I put a lot of work into what I am doing and even then I often dont. Why? because to many youtube is a place to express yourself first and the idea of making money does not enter into the equation, but we have a whole new generation of youtubers mostly they are very young some have not even finished high school say "easy quick money" and its destroying the fabric of youtube. However I have found recently that there is hope for youtube google is in fact now doing the right thing in many cases. People are now being forced to be original and think creativly. I like that. Why? because video and media in general is first about expressing ones self then if your name is steven spielberg or george lucas is about making movies and hopefully money. Star wars was originally made to be a B movie but it became a classic to this day not because it was easy or quick to make but because it was good. I dont hate vloggers I do hate the way a great many vloggers look at youtube I watched a guy whine ones a partner I was apalled he was mad he spent like a whole day making a video and he was mad at google for some reason. Really? a whole day lol you know that is what people call a "hobby". Not work. my two cents on the subject.

So here is a summary of what I think about people who expect me to like and click on their ads so they can make money when I cant see a single in focus object and their videos give me a seizure. Its insulting to people with more then a couple of brain cells.

I am sure this post will hurt some feelings but that is my thoughts on the matter.

well look ... lets put to rest this bcuz it could lead to bad vibes, first of all everibody is in title to theyre own opinion , you can`t change them no matter how hard you try, and second of all there are so many publics out there that can be adressed that you just have to look not try to convince them, and i admit at times its boring t see a person say hi vlog and stare at the camera for about 5 to minets and the urge to rip his/her face off is almoust uncontrolable lol but thats the thing i do it too i vlog but i always try to vlog with a purpos so that ppl won`t kill me while i vlog myself in the bathroom lol ... jk but seriosly diferent tastes in videos and you can`t change the taste of youre neighbour no matter what ya think but it can be influenced

hehe xandru your a kind person dont worry about it its a forum filled with opinions by the way I enjoy your cooking shows and for me I would love to see an entire series of them.

yeah i liked the cooking show just the searching for english words but that no biggy lol need practice is all. Just do once a week a cooking show series something like that. You know about that like button? who cares hehe doesnt make your videos and better or not better.

lol those videos are about from when there still was the 5 star rating lol am gona try to make it shorter and more explicit next time lol
