It would be amazing if you could give me some pointers... I use a mac and I have screenflow for recording my Minecraft and LP gameplays.

Hello again. I was wondering if you could help me figure out why my videos can not go above 480p?
I use Fraps and my current settings are 29.97fps, 30 second loop buffer, Half-size, split movie every 4 gigabytes, Record both win 7 sound (multichannel) and external input (for my mic). I then have to convert it because for some reason YouTube does not like AVI files despite it saying otherwise so I end up turning them into Mepeg4 files. Which automatically shrinks them from gb to mb file size.
