Anyone knows any platform for smaller YouTubers?

I am in a small facebook group for smaller youtubers and tubebuddy forum however. I have notice that new "youtubers" will spam or ask "I need certain numbers of subs" or "how do I get monetize". However there are some youtubers who are willing to help eachother by sharing tips and giving feedback as well too. But the most common thing I can think about is just work hard and learn what you can on making your own channel.
 
i think you should concentrate your content and yourself because if you have small youtube channel right now that doesn't matter, any business, education,job start with 0 and then efforts make 0 to 10 means small to bigger hope for best stay positive and keep doing.
