anyone know how YouTube violation works? any advice to increase viewership/subscription

Just wanted to see if anyone knows how your channel would come into violation. Not sure but my account was blocked by YouTube yesterday. Fortunately, I emailed back and argued that my content does not have anything that could come into violation and this morning they unblocked my account however not sure what triggered it. Also, I've been uploading videos each day for the last 20 days however am unable to get the views? Any advise.

There are any number of reasons a channel could be violated / blocked etc. It's really impossible to say.
