Anyone Have Certain Videos Be Disabled For Monetization?

I've Got It
Shortly after the attacks on paris I did a video commenting on the situation, and had tags related to that. I had done a video commenting on how CNN spotted a flag that was a series of sex toys at a gay pride parade and thought it was an ISIS flag.

Both of these videos have had monetization disabled shortly afterwards. Has anyone here had something similar to that happen to them? I mean I understand them not wanting people to make money supporting isis, but my videos were in no way in support of their actions.

One of my freshers guide to videos was disabled for monetisation, i only recently noticed as i wasnt told, I have no idea why its been disabled as I was given no email or anything telling me it had happened, i just saw a strike through the dollar sign under it when i went on my creator studio app

Weird with mine, it just removed the entire button for monetization and then when I try to edit it back there is no tab for monetization.

YouTube have been doing this across many of these types of videos, when people question YouTube regarding the removal of the monetization and the option to monetize, YouTube advise "Due to the sensitive nature of the content in your video, we've decided that it's not appropriate for advertising at this time".

People then go onto asking is there anything around this and if there's any guidance on what's deemed too sensitive so content creators can avoid this in the future.

YouTube reply advising that they can't discuss the details at this time.

I have one video currently about nuclear attack and fallout that got disabled. It was enabled, then disabled, enabled again and now its disabled again for 2 weeks or so.

On the pc it has no tab for monetization and on the creator studio app it has a strike through the dollar sign. I had my murder video like that before but it got automatically monetised now. So I dunno... they never tell what's wrong. >.>"

Yeah after posting this I tried to change it but i couldn't find the option so I guess I either have to wait until YouTube approves it again, or just not worry. Luckily it's not a popular video anyway
