Anyone dealing with late payments from ZoominTV?

I'm going to, but am wondering how you know that's the problem. I've been running my channel for 5 years, and have 80,000 subscribers with zero copyright strikes, or video problems. How do you know they have to contact Youtube about problems with my channel?
