anybody know any good recording software

Hi I have fraps on om pc but recently if decided to lag like mad so i re installed it to see if it makes any difference and it didn't so does anybody know any good game recorders that records in HD and records voice and sound at the same time and it doesn't matter on the price of it I just need to know what people recomend. Thanks

That CPU isn't great, what disk and what write speed?
Also what game you recording

I knew it was something to do with my CPU its 3.0ghz

That CPU is a bottle-neck in your system, CPU is also the most used component while recording.

Well, if you haven't had any problems recording so far with the game you're trying to record, then chances are that the harddrive you're recording to is dying :/

I haven't really had problems just in the last few hours it started to play up. I'm thinking to change my motherboard and processor would anybody recommend Intel or not?
