Anybody heard of Scale lab network?

Scalelab contact me every couple of weeks even though I say no. With that kind of disconnection in marketing, I'm not confident they'd be good at anything else

Never heard of them but the site looks very professional and 75/25 is pretty good. But I'd rather go with a network I know, maybe it's a sub-network of a bigger network.

I am referring to Scale Labs. My two recent videos got the "Matched third party content." and both have
"Visual content administered by Scale Lab" which is clearly not a legit claim and as far as I know ONLY Nintendo has the rights to claim my videos.
Since Scale Labs is not the copyright holder, what option should I pick to open a dispute?
(This is kinda off-topic, could we talk in private messages?)

They just messaged me, I thought about trying them out since they don't have a lock-in.

So I was contacted by these guys as well...
I've only got 20 subscribers so far so I was a little cautious but interested when I was contacted.
I got generally the same email that everyone has mentioned. When I went to view the contact on their website, I was surprised to see that the default amount offered is 60% to you and 40% to Scale Lab instead of the 70%/30% approximate that everyone has mentioned.
When I replied to the email mentioning this and also questioning whether I get to keep my channel / videos if I decide to end the contract, I got no reply which turned me right off.
They say it's 'no risk' because there's no lock in contract. But as far as I'm concerned, if you have to start from scratch (ie. no videos / no channel) if you're not happy and decide to end the contract with them, that's still a HUGE risk.

I was contacted by them today.. I've got 302 subs. I think i'll hold off on any partnership or anything.. especially since it's just a hobby for me. Flattering though. haha

I was suspecting as much. I thought it was just my cynicism, but the first thing that went through my head with both this and the last MCN that shotgun-solicited me was "this looks like a great setup for a racket." Granted, the other network never went and started flagging my videos, but I was thinking more along the lines of "if I sign up, and they get the rights to my content, I have no exit strategy anymore." If Scalelabs is flagging your content as a sort of "that's a nice channel you have there, shame if something happened to it" threat, that doesn't surprise me, but does disturb me.

Hello! :) I find your argument here very helpful so I joined to the forum. I have just got a message from a lady pointing out that one of my recipe videos is amazing, etc. I only have 22 subscribers, I upload a video from time to time but not even like settling down and making any effort. Well, I'm confused even to reply for further conversations, it seems that nobody truly supports that network here. I'd be glad to hear comments from those who have experience with that network. Thanks. Xox.
