Any sugguestions for a good mic?

I want to do commentary, but with good voice quality, because I have a good voice.
I want a full soudning and clear mic. Not muddy, not too bassy, not this typical radio podcast sound where the bass blows your ears off.

That depends on how much you are willing to spend. I use an Audio Technica AT2020+ USB microphone ($120) in my videos, and it sounds great. But, you could always get an XLR microphone with an audio interface, like a Red Scarlet (The AT2020 comes in an XLR form as well). XLR setups will cost alot more, but give you more control to make it sound better because of the audio interface and power XLR mics use.

Simple snowball to start out
Plus mess around with Audacity EQ until you get the "perfect" audio quality you'd like.

I just barely figured out my magic setting on it and for now I'm happy with my voice quality

It's a bit silly recommending a snowball to OP when we don't know his budget. Snowballs are OK but there's so much better

I'd agree with this. Budget is key. No point recommending a budget microphone unless you know what their situation is.

If you are looking at the lower end, I recommend the Audio Technica ATR2100. It's sold her on the UK as the Samson Q2U. It's a dynamic microphone so doesn't pick up a lot of background noise.

This is contrast to something like the Blue Yeti. I have the Blue Yeti too and it just isn't suitable for something like commentaries unless you are loading it up in a stand and shock mount. Even then it's still going to pick up a lot of background noise such as typing and clicking.

Before any other members chip in here and donate their time with suggestions, I think it's important for to clarify whether your budget is $100 or $500.

Which is it?
