Consistency and patience.
Your videos got to be consistent in a sense that you upload one every week or everyday. Patience is also a key to growth, not all channels will be as big as Yogscast or whatever, you just need to keep bringing out content for your fans and eventually you'll be big.

The formula is good content + patience - paranoia about not having enough subs = many subs.
Keep pushing good content, things that people would be interested in seeing more; don't expect every vid to be hit but make enough content that engages your audience. Target the right type of subscriber (keep this in mind when making the concepts for your videos) but remember to engage, you'll want to have 1:1 interaction either at the beginning or ending of your video; you need to let your material breathe and circulate and you will build slowly but surely.
Don't let your creativity die down, keep calm and keep building.

Just like everyone else has been saying, it takes time, you should get a upload schedule, as a way for people to know when to look at your channel, as well as forcing your self to upload regularly, everything takes time at first
