Any good screen recording programs?

For desktop screen recording use CamStudio.

For gameplay use Fraps or Bandicam.

Fraps and Bandicam is what I use. Fraps I use for some games and Bandicam I use for most games and for desktop capturing. What I really like about Bandicam is that the video size is WAAAAAY smaller then Fraps as it condenses the video automatically. Plus it has WAY more options compared to Fraps.
