Any good screen recording programs?

I want to start making minecraft and other gaming videos but I don't have a screen recording program. Does anyone know of a good quality program for a good price or any good free ones? Thanks

camtasia or fraps, fraps is best for games but it isn't free.

Fraps and Bandicam is what I use. Fraps I use for some games and Bandicam I use for most games and for desktop capturing. What I really like about Bandicam is that the video size is WAAAAAY smaller then Fraps as it condenses the video automatically. Plus it has WAY more options compared to Fraps.

Camstudio is really just screen capturing software and is not used for games unless your game is on the browser and even then Bandicam always worked better for me. And plus with Bandicam you can pick a specific section of your desktop. I used to use Camstudio until I got Bandicam.

For desktop screen recording use CamStudio.

For gameplay use Fraps or Bandicam.
