Yeah this is kind of vague. There is free software for a ton of stuff. What are you trying to do?

I'm not sure if there are any free softwares for that. This question might be best answered by Google . But of course you could torrent stuff like Cinema4d, Adobe After Effects, etc. but I don't really suggest that since it's illegal.
