Any Free IPhone Screen Recorders?

Hey guys,
So I was thinking of recording a what's on my iphone video with my IPhone 4S, but I can't use the camera to film the screen since it would be horrible quality, so I was wondering if you guys know of any free recording softwares that record IPhone screens? Ones without watermarks would be preferred.

I have an Iphone 5 but hopefully this app will work for your Iphone 4... I've downloaded and successfully recorded on-screen video with the Shou app

I'm afraid it didn't work :/ said the phone has to be jailbroken, also when I tried to install the unjailbroken version it said the developer was untrusted and didn't install :/

Hmm. Strange because my phone is not jailbroken and it worked for me.
 
Just to be sure though... I went to "shou(dot)tv" on my iphone web browser. The one I'm seeing on desktop goes to a different page (shou(dot)tv / ios)

I think I remember seeing it in the Shou app.. when I downloaded it.. there was a Broadcast section and a Recording section. The recording section was where I captured Iphone screen video
