Any commentating tips?

best mean comment i ever gotten was why don't you write down what you're going to say instead of having all these umms and pauses in there. i quit vlogs after that but for a quick post com on gameplay it helps me remember the points i want to get to a lot. :)
 
Make sure you set a topic at the beginning and keep referring to that topic throughout. Also as many before me have said try to a avoid saying "um" (something I need to work on myself). Also, pick video content that suits the topic. For instance, don't use minecraft gameplay to talk about how to get better at Call of Duty, etc.
 
Well don't make it scripted, just say what comes naturally, I've found that that always works best. If you really have a few points you want to talk about, just write down a few bullet points, not a script.
