Any advice on how to promote my channel??

There are couple of ways to promote and grow your channel:

-Content: Create quality content since that is what will make the people come back. Good quality videos and sound.

-Social media: Twitter and Facebook are pretty common but you can use Google+ as well. Sharing the videos there creates links to your channel and can come up in google searches.

-SEO: Basically helps your video rank higher in searches for keyword related to your channel, there is a good SEO guide I know but I can't post the link here. You can google

and it should be the first result. I recommend reading it until the end, it is really useful!(It's more related to gaming but you can use some of the tips there and apply them to basically all the niches)

-Channel looks: Thumbnails, banners and everything related, something that is eye catching will always attract people but I see you have custom thumbnails just keep that going . Calling views to action during videos or adding at the end of the videos parts with "Check out my previous video" or this or that video will also encourage viewers to check out your other videos.Did you activate the "Featured content" feature? That can also be helpful.

-Getting involved in communities such as forums, Reddit or YouTube itself can be very useful as well and by getting involved i don't mean just posting links of your videos or commenting "nice video!" but genuinely getting involved and helping people, giving feedback and so on.

Don't do Sub4Sub things, it really hurts the channel!

This is basically what I gathered while looking around, trying to grow my own channel ,things that I apply myself.

how would you promote your channel on twitter??

Recently what I started doing is going into the search box and typing in words similar to my content and would then comment on people's tweets and I would get some followers that way which would end up watching my videos.

300 subs are pretty good for 24 videos. Its a good start. I have 0 subs after 3

Don't want to sound heartless, but no, that's not something we can do. We get dozens of requests every day for helping people promote their channels and we just can't.
