Any advice for browser/app based editors that aren't terrible?

I currently use a chromebook (trying to fix my laptop) so editing is a bit of a pain, been using creator studio on youtube but I want to be able to add logos for my twitter etc and maybe a watermark.
Any advice for editing/uploading?

I have a Chromebook.
iPad Air.
Samsung tablet.
Sony z2 phone.

Any suggestions?
