Annotation help

Hi

I would like to add annotation to my videos but I have seen that others have customized their text using different colors and writing style which I would like to do as well but youtube docent allow me to in their system.

What kind of tools can I use to create that?

It is done in this video where he added custom text in the right corner down below I couldn't link a video since this system docent allow me too.

You mean where it says NM 255HD? or something along those lines?

It's not an annotation :) that's part of the video. What you can do though is chuck an outline annotation with a transparent fill like they've done so when you hover over it the annotation part pops up

Yes exactly.

But I don't know how to do that? :(

How do I edit it to the video?
 
You're gonna have to learn how to edit videos buddy :) thats something your gonna need to google first and get some research and experience with
