Animators, how do you edit your flash animations?

How do you edit your flash animations? Do you export them as a .swf and then convert them, then import them into your favourite video editor? Do you do it all on flash and then export it as a QuickTime file for YouTube? How do you personally do this stuff?

I personally dont use flash blehhh
I use Anime Studio Pro then render it out as high quality raw video and use premiere pro to edit what i need to edit.
